In the last week, one person died and eight people were seriously injured among 292 Denver traffic crashes. A train hit and killed Rey Serrano-Aviles, a pedestrian, on October 12.

Bicyclist Death Brings Denver Traffic Fatalities to 62, Same Number Reached in All of 2018
A 31-year-old man on a bicycle was killed in a crash. The road fatality is the 62nd so far this year, which is the same number of people killed on the city's streets in all of 2018.

This week police reported that drivers killed two motorcyclists. Christop Bennett, 29, was a member of the Motorcycle Racing Association.
