    Re: the Loretto Campus development, I widh they’d build some to attract local residents rather than attempt to attract “people from all over town”. Building a regional center will encourage driving and overbuilt parking. A local center will work better for residents and still be a draw from across town if it becomes the human-scaled, mixed-use, walkable destination they’re gunning for.
