“Larimer Square History “Endangered” By Plan to Build Affordable Homes, Other Development in Alley”

Affordable for whom? I’ve heard that song and dance before and this proposal doesn’t pass the smell test. I won’t hate them for trying to multiply their net worth but this project should be a non-starter.

Certainly Denver needs more affordable housing as well as family-friendly affordable housing. I’ll trust Rhys Duggan to build such family-affordable housing in his River Mile project. If it could be done in Vancouver then it can be done in Denver.

Affordable for whom? I’ve heard this song and dance before and this proposal doesn’t pass the smell test. I won’t blame them for trying to multiply their net worth but this proposal should be DOA.

Certainly Denver needs more affordable housing and specifically family-friendly affordable housing. I’ll trust Rhys Duggan to provide both at the River Mile development. If they can build family-affordable housing in Vancouver then it can be done in Denver.
