“Affordable Homes Coming to South Broadway Along Frequent Bus Route, Near Light Rail”

I don’t think I’ve ever used a 20 minute walk bubble in any sort of planning document to say something is “near”

Perhaps it was intended to mean the bus-route was near light rail at Broadway Station?

    • Young adults will walk up to a mile to a fixed site served with good headways (station, trolley coach overhead, streetcar tracks, ferry pier, etc.). Half a mile works better for all but seniors and the disabled. And there probably should be a discount for walking or rolling on Denver’s rubble-strewn paths.
