    We need to be bombarding our state reps not to hand CDOT a blank check to widen highways without funding local road, transit and bike improvements.

      It looks like they may settle for 15 percent to local roads and 15 percent to multi-modal transportation, assuming they even reach an agreement. If successful then the Denver Chamber will roll out Part Two which will be a voter initiative for more tax/revenue.
