    “You did a bike town study in December, which is not the prime cycling season, and then you used those numbers to base your designs on. You’re only going to have the hardcore cyclists out riding. I’m looking for accurate numbers,” said Devin Quince, a longtime daily commuter through Longmont via bicycle and advocate for bike-friendly infrastructure.
