    You know, I don’t know why I bother reading the GCCC articles, it just pisses me off. Love that developer’s attitude though 🙂 – “I’d love to build 27 middle class homes but if you want to kick your neighbors out and get millionaire townhouses that you’ll hate I can do that too”.

      Presumably, Denver realtor Denice Reich either lives in the neighborhood or as their neighborhood-friendly realtor she’s happy to carry their water.
