    lol, Good grief; who would compare Central 70 to the Big Dig? Maybe look a little closer to where Phoenix completed the ‘last mile’ of I-10 with a deck park tunnel in 1990. If they could engineer this in the late 1980’s then it’s a piece of cake today.

    Btw, the decision of voters in 1985 to (finally) create a freeway system for metro Phoenix has resulted in TomTom rating Phoenix 47th (worst) for congestion despite having the 12th largest MSA. It’s also true that what works well for Phoenix would Not work well for Denver.
