    That wouldn’t be my interpretation or even close.

    What’s interesting/hilarious is that Boulder Co wants to hold CDOT’s feet to the fire for the failure of RTD to perform as promised ie the NW corridor choo choo. The various “letter signers” to CDOT might be better advised to send a similar letter to DRCOG to solicit an agreement from Denver metro jurisdictions acknowledging Boulder Co deserves priority treatment over metro Denver. And best of luck with that.
