    See, now if this were a real company with real goals, the wording would have been, “…presents a 1-year schedule for the completion of the repair.”

    I know deception when I see it.

      The good news is RTD should be able to open the G LIne in the 1st quarter 2019 since it doesn’t have the same issues. It will require FRA approval though so…
