To be fair Denver has always been a ‘Broncos Town.’ The Stadium District which includes all or parts of 7 counties owns the land and their first obligation is to benefit the Broncos franchise and their fans.

The Good News is all that other cool stuff which will replace parking lots and since it will be on the south side of the stadium it will add to, become a part of the Sun Valley neighborhood redevelopment plan.

Except if they replace all the parking one-for-one with structures and add 2000 residents on top of that the place will be a complete clusterfuck.
