    Since the whole debate over I-70 started, I’ve been learning A LOT about highways and who does what. I just want to make sure you have all the facts straight. CDOT has absolutely nothing to do with E-470 from operations to deciding what to do with excess revenues; it’s a Public Highway Authority that’s under the direction of the local government along that corridor. There also wasn’t one mention that this was CDOT in the article. Hate to nitpick but CDOT doesn’t always need to be picked on, especially if they aren’t involved!
