I do agree that we should not spend money on extensions to the exurbs of south Denver. People that far out should commute to the Lincoln station, not have the light rail brought to them.

Boulder is a key economic driver in the region and connecting Denver and Boulder thorough rail has more economic benefit than connecting Highlands Ranch. I would defer the Longmont stretch to save money, I don’t think they necessarily need the rail, but I could see the rail one day reaching the city. Boulder should be first and foremost in the next sega of the transit expansion.

Absoutely agreed. I’ve often failed to visit Boulder due to the lack of rail access.

RTD needs to suspend work on everything they haven’t signed contracts for, except for the Boulder rail extension. Focus like a laser on it.

So, are the killer drivers going to lose their licenses? Or do they just get to get back on the road and keep running people over?

    That’s the question.
