    Will we get to see the Mayor’s final list of recommended bond projects to City Council so they can be discussed over our 4th of July picnics? Eh, I suspect they want to spare us that misery.

    My guess is that there’s lots of “collusion” behind the scenes between the Hancock Administration and CC members to get their feedback and hopefully have many of the potential kinks worked out in advance.
